I was unhappy with both and decided to return to State Farm and had the fortune to speak to Sue Wing. She is an excellent agent and cares for her customers. "I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service that I receive from our local State Farm agency. Whenever I have questions or concerns about my policies for either homeowners or automobile coverage for two vehicles, I always call the office and ask for Luz. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions. She even provides additional documentation on specific coverage details when requested. Also, the rates are very reasonable for the coverage we have."

"Avoid this office at ANY COST. "Customer service" is unknown concept for them. They taking messages, but do not call back. I was customer of Dan Dougherty for 2 years before I left. Reason: no one there could explain why my premium went up. More than once I was told it will be looked into and someone will call me back - never happened. So I send them e-mail about not renewing my policies. Car policy was not renewed (canceled, I guess), BUT homeowner was renewed and I got bill. I e-mail and call, and got assurances that all good. Still getting bill, because homeowner insurance was canceled sometime later (about 2-weeks later). Send e-mails, call, got assurances that all will be fixed. Guess what? Still getting bills. Tried to talk with agent : Dan Dougherty. Left voice mail, talk to person who answer phone and left message for him..... He DOES NOT CARE. May be it just a one car and one property (relatively expensive...) I call off hours to StateFarm Customer Service. Lady told that she do see my e-mail, and both insurances should be canceled at the same time and I do not have any outstanding balance. (STILL GETTING BILL with balance for about 2 weeks). Customer Service Agent said that she will send e-mail do Dougherty, because it is HIS JOB to communicate with billing department. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor avoid this office, and maybe StateFarm as a WHOLE. P.S. Went to independent agent, got significantly lover price for both homeowner and auto insurances."

"Would give zero if I could. Be warned they will increase your monthly payment significantly each coverage period with no real explanation or justification."

"This agency folks have no clue what to do, all they do is read some emails and keep asking me to call corporate office or call them back next day but no progress. They are nice only when we purchase the quote and when I asked for a refund it never happened. My policy is closed in August 9, 2024 and still not received a refund. Dan who is the agent is never available in office he is always out or away from the office location. This is ridiculous and very frustrating."
